Jaclyn Leo

Jaclyn Leo
Climb Leader
Charlotte, North Carolina

Jaclyn made the conscious decision a few years ago to take more meaningful trips; lazy beach vacations were wonderful but the memories started to run together. She finally made good on her years of “I’ll go next time!” to college friend Ginna Kelly and signed up for the Inca Trail in 2016. She hasn’t looked back (partly because there’s usually no one behind her on the trails!) and is always looking forward to her next adventure. Read more...

Jaclyn enjoys the mental and physical challenge of hiking, literally and figuratively taking it one step at a time. Hiking also allows her to truly appreciate her surroundings and be a steward of conservation, striving to leave it better than she found it.

Jaclyn lives in Charlotte, NC, with her two shih tzus, Regina George and Derek Jeter, and works in the financial services industry. In addition to hiking, she enjoys Virginia Tech football, volunteering, spending time with her family in VA and NY, visiting friends all over the country, and checking things off her bucket list.
