Climbing Mountains for Local Conservation Causes

Climb for Conservation

Our mission:  In January 2015, we head to Ecuador to go to mountaineering school with Alpine Ascents and attempt a summit of Chimborazo — the tallest mountain in Ecuador!  This team includes some of our recent climbers from the successful Gran Paradiso, Italy summit this summer 2014.

Our conservation focus for this mountain is to raise funds to support our new “Conservation Scholars” Program which will provide scholarships to outstanding students going onto study conservation biology, environmental science, sustainability, or related fields.  Please contact us if you’d like to join our Team or donate to support our cause.  Ginna
